Weight and spacesaving

Saving money on deliveries is another plus.
The picture on the right shows a 4'-0" x 4'-0" pallet holding an incredible 1,000 lin ft of the lite eave molding shown on the previous page.
1,000 lin ft of regular weight cast stone or
precast concrete moldings would take up 20 times more space or twenty one pallets.
This pallet weighs less than 1,000 lbs.  The same lin footage of regular weight cast stone or precast would weigh 60,000 lbs.

Thin applications

In this instance the architect decided as an afterthought to install arched lintels with returns, over these windows.  There was only 1/2" of room between the frame and the stucco, not enough room for cast stone or precast.  Cast stone lite saved the day.

Cast stone lite is a fiberglass reinforced plastic product.
Possible surface finishes range from polished high gloss to low luster matte, regular combing to rough stone texture.
We can replicate stone, cast iron, copper, limestone, terra cotta, sandblasted or painted wood and sandstone.
Cast stone lite is Class-A fire retardant, easy to install, has molded in permanent color and is weather resistant.
